Since the cast aluminum parts cannot meet the mechanical performance requirements during use, heat treatment is required. Its main purpose is to enhance the corrosion resistance, improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, improve the processing type, and obtain dimensional stability.
Most cast aluminum alloys need to be heat treated to further improve the mechanical properties and other use properties of the cast aluminum parts (except for the ZL102 of the Al-Si series, ZL302 of the Al-Mg series, and the ZL401 of the Al-Zn series).
